Creating complete/compliant notes is a breeze with this software and a HUGE time-saver!! I can create a very detailed note with a narrative on a new patient in just a few short minutes. Routine visits take mere seconds to update.

Pros: We like that Genesis integrates with other third-party services such as Review Wave and Cash Practice.

Overall: I’m able to run effective reports and get the data I need. With the option of exporting to Excel, I have a lot more freedom that I would with other software programs.

Pros: Convenient to generate reports, keep up with inventory, automation on profit and lost on POS, able to link up with review wave, kiosk check in, managing outstanding and reminder on tasks.

Overall: I love being able to customize the platform and make special macros. This allows me to impress attorneys and have very complete notes and excellent details.
Pros: Implementation was rather easy and the customer support team was wonderful to work with.

Overall: I have used it for the last 5 years and just opened a new office and I am choosing Genesis again to be the software of my company.
Pros: The program works, it is intuitive, it does alot.

Pros: Speed of documentation and ease of compliant documentation.
Cons: None that I have found at this point. I will be sure to keep an eye out.

Training is great. They always help you figure out things even after you’ve gone live. Unlike others that leave you hanging once you’re “setup”, all you have to do is send them a task message and they are there.

This system is great for initial evaluations for physical therapy. It is organized well.

I found the training to be very helpful. They give you a very hands on experience which helps you to accurately learn the vericle system.

My training with Vericle was very informative. I was able to navigate through the system with ease and my training was very helpful. I would recommend this team and their system as the support I have received has been so helpful.

Vericle is a great and user friendly program that ensures that you can understand and comprehend all the confusing things that might happen behind the scenes in doctors/chiropractors offices. Everything is separated for minimal confusion and maximum efficiency. I would recommend this program in a heartbeat.

I love the way I can manage my tasks and find all of the things i need to see without having to go to a bunch of different screens. It is a smooth processing system for any record keeping and teamwork on projects.

If I could give more than 5 starts, I would! Jason is an unbelievable trainer and has been super helpful for our practice. Cristyn is also a guru with helping solve any AR questions. The entire team is super responsive and communicative with timely issues. I don’t know where we would be at as a practice without this team. We had been through several other competitors and will never look for another company again!

Claims Billing at its Finest! I have been working with them for 10+ years. Over my time with this company I have increased my own knowledge of medical billing, where I previously had none thanks to the information provided to me by the team as well as my coaches. This program is user friendly and incredibly efficient. I have worked very closely with Kathy Casbarro for many years and her attention to my issues on claims is way above par. When it was time for me to transition to a new coach she made it so smooth. I was nervous at first since I had been working with Kathy for so long, but Tammy Tripp has helped me get through some of the most difficult times in my career when medical billing took a drastic turn due to COVID. You could not ask for a better team. I highly recommend any practice looking to keep their AR in check to look no further than this company.
