Frequently Asked Questions
How much time will I actually save documenting with BulletProof?
Most SOAP notes systems claim to save time, but end up taking more time to keep up with it. With BulletProof, after the initial patient documentation is completed, subsequent visits can be entered in a matter of seconds. What’s more, BulletProof keeps track of assessment metrics and outcome results each visit, so you don’t even have to do the math.
What if I only want to use one computer to run BulletProof?
Not a problem. If you’re going this route, just make sure it has Windows 8 or higher.
How can you claim BulletProof works so well?
BulletProof’s founder was a practitioner for over 30 years, and he’s seen firsthand the consequences of not having proper documentation. He saw that many of the technological solutions created additional burdens on doctors, and actually reduced efficiency, instead. When he created BulletProof, it was to provide a true solution—not just for the documentation itself, but to save practices time and energy, and provide reliable data as outcome.
What is required to run BulletProof?
You’ll need at least Windows 10 2.7 GHz dual core (standard) with 4GB RAM and 10MB disk space for installation. (The more memory (RAM) you have, the faster it will run.) If you have a network of computers, you’ll need at least one client PC (can be XP, or Windows 7, 8 or 10 with the above specifications), as well as a server PC (must be Windows 8 or higher).
Is BulletProof cloud-based or server-based?
BulletProof is a localized software system that is housed on your own computer. A cloud version of BulletProof is in development, but we have no plans to discontinue our server-based BulletProof software.
FAQ
Will there be any price increases for the existing BulletProof clients?
You can start billing immediately; however, the claims will be released once the EDI enrollment is approved. EDI enrollment is the process that approves vericle to send claims on the practice’s behalf to the payors.
Will our current software still work or will we have to load something new?
Your current software will continue to work the same. We are in the process of developing a cloud-based version, but we have no plans to discontinue our server-based version.
What will this mean in regards to our monthly bill with BulletProof?
Your contract will automatically be updated to a ClinicMind contract. Your contract terms and invoice will remain the same. The only thing that will change is now your invoices will come from ClinicMind.
Are you taking suggestions for future add-ons?
We always welcome suggestions from clients. Send us an email if you have a request for our development team to consider.

Gregg is a 2nd generation chiropractor who is in his 35th year of practice, after graduating from LACC in 1986. He continues to see patients and consults with chiropractors, attorneys and insurance companies. He reviews a shit-ton of chiropractic records and performs the occasional Independent Medical Exam. Gregg has been teaching documentation and coding to chiropractors at the post-graduate level for more than 20 years. Gregg has a lot on his mind and has an opinion about, well, literally everything – most of which are saved for private conversations with really good Scotch. While Gregg appreciates a good outline for podcasts, he’s never actually followed one and believes that every tangent is worth exploring.
With over 35 years in practice, Dr. Friedman is a second generation chiropractor, practicing in Arizona since 1987. Growing up as the son of a chiropractor in Scottsdale, Dr. Friedman realized he wanted to be a chiropractor after seeing his dad at work and learning more about the self-healing capabilities of the human body, when well taken care of.
A graduate of Arizona State University, Dr. Friedman completed pre-med requirements and received Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, while at the same time completing pre-med requirements. He then attended Los Angeles College of Chiropractic (now called Southern California University of Health Sciences) and graduated in 1986, before moving back to Arizona to begin practicing in Scottsdale.
In addition to his private practice, Dr. Friedman is the founder of BulletProof, as well as the Got Documentation event series that focuses on documentation practices, efficiency and compliance.
